Hand Brewed Beer welcomes SoLA Po Boys!
Chef Serrano moved to Los Angeles in 2014 from New Orleans. He started his own Po Boy food truck after launching his own hot sauce company, The Got Damn Sauce. The food truck was featured on The Great Food Truck Race on Food Network.
SoLA pays homage to the city of LA, Cajun-inspired fusion cuisine, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Each sandwich is named after a Laker great. You can find their brick-and-mortar location at the Topanga Social in Westlake Mall, Topanga.
